Aircon provides cooling and heating; it and microwave use 240 volt power, everything else works on 12 volt or gas with 2 gas bottles and large water tank, or connect direct to tap for unlimited water. 3 way fridge; Gas/12 volt/240 volt. Gas/electric hot water for showers and washing. Kitchen has large bench space and sink to prepare meals with 3 gas hobs, 1 electric hob, gas grille and oven.
