If you are interested in Indigenous Art or even understanding more about Indigenous Art Broome has plenty of galleries. The galleries are accessible within walking distance from the CBD.

The galleries I visited all had a brief biography of the artist and an explanation of the symbols used in the artwork which provides a greater appreciation of the work.

Most of these galleries have established long and close links with the communities. Some of these galleries also have websites which allow you to view and buy their artworks.
